The Synergy Protocol
Every dog is born knowing how to be well. Light, touch, scent and the right food give the body what it needs to return to its own balance. Each is a gift on its own. Together, led by your dog, they become the Synergy Protocol.

Every session begins with your dog
I never arrive with a fixed routine. The moment I walk in, I watch how your dog moves, how they breathe and where they hold themselves, and I follow where they lead.
A nervous dog may reach for scent first. A dog who can't settle may need light before anything else, so the body can soften. Each part opens the way for the next.
As in a garden, nothing grows alone. Every part of the circle feeds the others.
Why each one matters
The power of the sun, gathered
Every wavelength has its own gift, and the art is matching it to what your dog needs. Red light works beautifully near the surface. My superpulsed 904 nm laser can work close to the surface or reach far deeper, into the muscles and around the joints, silently and without heat.
Hands that listen
Touch is the oldest language there is. Every session brings warmth and fresh circulation to tired muscles, and your dog rises lighter on their feet.
Your dog's own wisdom
Wild animals have always sought out the plants they need. I offer pure, high-quality botanicals one at a time, and your dog decides: leaning in, breathing deeply, returning again and again, or turning away.
The body begins to trust
Most dogs feel the room change before I touch them. The breath slows, the eyes soften, and the body begins to trust. Reiki is a Japanese practice of light touch, or hands held just above the body, and when a dog has had enough, they simply walk away.
Your dog leads the way
Some sessions are deeply still. Others move. Both are the body finding its own balance, and your dog knows the way.
Choosing
With the botanicals, some dogs come close and breathe deeply. Others step back and take the scent from across the room. Each one knows the distance it needs.
Shaking it out
After a deep release, many dogs stand, shake and walk a few steps, checking in with their body before they come back for more.
Showing me
The more a dog knows me, the more it guides me. It turns to offer the other side, stretches out a leg, or puts a paw on my hand to say: here.
Letting go
Then the breath slows, the body softens, and many drift into the deepest sleep of their week, right there on the floor beside me.
Give your dog a quiet place to rest afterwards. Many sleep deeply for a few hours while the body takes it all in. Feeling lighter does not mean the work is done, so if your dog is recovering, keep walks short until your vet says it is time for more.
A ritual your dog feels, every single time
Laser training that goes deep
Many laser courses are short and online. I trained for six months to become a Certified Laser Therapist with the Swedish Laser-Medical Society, under one of the world's leading laser researchers, who has studied laser since the early 1980s. All of it rests on a foundation in anatomy, physiology and pathology, deepened by my veterinary nursing training and my postgraduate diploma in nutrition.
Five ways, one pair of hands
Laser, massage, Reiki, botanicals and nutrition, woven together by one person who knows your dog deeply. Nothing to coordinate. Nothing lost between people.
People first, then dogs
Almost everything I offer your dog, I first learned, practised and felt on people. Then I brought it home to the animals, who take it in faster than any of us.

What is the Synergy Protocol?
It is how I weave laser, massage, Reiki, botanicals and nutrition into one session for your dog, at home in London, each one supporting the others.
Does my dog need to be unwell?
Not at all. Many of the dogs I see are healthy, and their families want to keep them that way, for more good years together.
Does laser hurt?
No. My laser is silent and never heats the skin. Most dogs feel nothing at all, and many fall asleep.
Is every session the same?
Never. Your dog shows me where to begin, so the order and the time on each part change from day to day.
Do I need my vet's referral?
If your dog has an injury, an illness or a diagnosed condition, yes. Your vet examines your dog and refers them to me before we begin.

Begin
I work with a small number of families, so places are limited. Send me a message and I'll let you know when I can see your dog.
Sessions are complementary and do not replace veterinary care. If your dog is unwell or in pain, please contact your vet first.
