Bespoke wellbeing for the extraordinary dog
Every dog is born knowing how to be well. I am Lilo Ask-Henriksen, and my holistic work brings light, touch, plants and food back into your dog’s life, so the body can find its own balance. I come to your home across London and, by arrangement, wherever your family travels. Online sessions and distant Reiki reach dogs around the world.

I grew up in Norway with English setters, trained in Scandinavia, and have worked in animal wellbeing for more than 15 years. In each session, I bring together laser therapy, massage, botanicals, nutrition and Reiki.
Each dog in my care has a bespoke plan for comfort, easy movement, vitality and healthy ageing. The earlier we begin, the stronger the foundation. I also see a small number of cats.

The Synergy Protocol
In nature, nothing works alone, and neither does the body. Each part of my work brings its own gift, and together they become the Synergy Protocol, for the dog who is thriving and for the dog recovering under your vet’s care.
LASER · ENERGY
Light the cells can use.
Light, at the right wavelength, reaches the cells beneath the coat and gives them the energy to do what they already know how to do. Most dogs feel nothing at all, and simply rest.
BOTANICALS · INSTINCT
Your dog is the guide.
Long before us, animals knew which plants they needed. In each session, your dog is invited to choose.
MASSAGE · RELEASE
Where the body lets go.
A dog carries its whole day in its body: every pull on the lead, every stair, every startle. Through touch, I find where it’s being held, and help the body let it go.
REIKI · HARMONY
The body begins to trust.
Most dogs feel the room change before I touch them. The breath slows, the eyes soften, and they settle into the moment.
Nutrition · the foundation it all grows from. Every colour in the bowl brings its own tools for the cells.
Each element has its own gift. Together, led by your dog on the day, they become the Synergy Protocol: light, touch, scent and food, working as one, the way nature does.
